1. About CyberJump

CyberJump โ€” Neon Run uses a deep-matrix green palette inspired by cyberpunk corridor aesthetics and bioluminescent circuitry. It is an endless side-scrolling runner where the player jumps over obstacles and collects energy pads to restore boosts. Starts with 11 boosts. Free for personal entertainment; no account or payment required.

No purchases. No currencies. No loot boxes. No gambling. No prizes.

2. Acceptance

Using CyberJump constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any part, simply stop using the platform โ€” no friction either way.

3. No Real Money

No payment screen exists. No virtual economy, no randomised paid rewards, no premium unlocks, no prize competitions of any kind.

4. Permitted Use

Personal, non-commercial recreation only. Automated play, commercial redistribution, and unauthorised republishing are prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All game design, code, art, and branding belong to the CyberJump team. Google Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font Licence v1.1.

6. Mechanics Disclosure

CyberJump features procedurally generated spike and wall obstacles that accelerate as distance increases. Jump input is buffered for fairness. After a collision, 80 frames of temporary protection prevent rapid boost loss. Green pad collectibles restore 1 boost (maximum 11). Gem collectibles award 50 bonus points. No score cap exists.

7. Difficulty & Boosts

CyberJump begins with 11 boosts. Boost mechanics are described above and demonstrated in the in-game start screen. Difficulty parameters may be adjusted in future updates.

8. Disclaimer

9. Limitation of Liability

As the game is entirely free, our total liability shall not exceed zero.

10. Privacy

We collect no personal data. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as CyberJump evolves. Significant changes will be flagged on the platform. Continued use signals acceptance.
